A Tasting Menu Full of Seasonal Vegetables

The evening pop-up was the highlight of the Ke kořenům (Back to the Roots) gastronomic seminar, which takes professionals on a journey to discover ingredients at their source. This time, they visited Czech farms in search of vegetables and together created a seven-course tasting menu.
