Loosen your belts and mark your calendars: Fat Thursday is here!
As tradition has it, we’ll be celebrating the feast of food properly again this year. Restaurants from the Ambiente group and other venues across Czechia have prepared classic Czech, indulgently rich dishes, double portions as well as bite-size treats packed with flavour and fat.
What are we serving at Ambiente?
- Sushi with pulled pork, marinated pork belly and pork tongue at Brasileiro Slovanský dům
- Pão de queijo stuffed with pulled cupim, roasted pork belly, pork rind chips and other fatty delights at Brasileiro U Zelené žáby

- Czech-style vdolky fritters with plum jam and quark at Burger Service
- A profiterole filled with vanilla cream and topped with chocolate, served as a post-lunch petite four at Pastacaffé
- Larger portions of větrník caramel choux pastries and sweet buns at Myšák pastry shop on Vodičkova Street and in Holešovice
- Oversized koláče and bread with pork crackling spread served as an amuse-bouche

- The local Tučné 14° will be on tap at Dva Kohouti, Pult and selected Lokál locations
