The team from Pizza Nuova stepped out of its comfort zone and headed to Eska to take on its signature bread oven and distinctive atmosphere. Italian classics were served with an unexpected twist — from a playful tiraMíšu dessert to egg-yolk pasta with caviar and pizza carpaccio baked in Eska’s iconic oven. A challenge for the chefs, and a feast for anyone who loves food kissed by fire.
