Siren Test Pop-up

UM’s Unique Pop-Up — Every First Wednesday of the Month

The first Wednesday of every month belongs to UM’s Siren Test— a special pop-up evening where the creative chefs serve up dishes inspired by their travels, new ideas and the best of the fall season.

On Wednesday, October 7th, the menu includes:

Foie gras pâté
Tomato salad with pork crackling
Cauliflower soup with hazelnuts
Fish balls with potato salad
Beef with mushrooms and gnocchi
Quark, plums and white poppy seeds

The tomato salad was brought back by Michal Daněk as inspiration from Vienna, where he travelled with a group of bakers. The pâté draws on the latest microsymposium led by Argentine chef Tomás Treschanski. The beef with mushrooms celebrates the fall season, while the dessert is inspired by František Skopec’s experiments after bringing back the Sicilian idea of working with quark in a similar way to how Italians use ricotta.

No reservation is required. Doors open at 5pm.
