Four times the charm! For the Wagyu vs. Přeštík pop-up, creative chefs—together with the team from Karlín’s Bufet—will be serving Greek souvlaki. Pita bread will be paired with either grilled premium wagyu beef from Japan or pork skewers. On one side, juicy wagyu—delicately marbled Japanese beef; on the other, Přeštík pork, a Czech classic with a full, bold flavor. Both versions will be served with tzatziki, fries and tomato salad. We recommend pairing it with kombucha from Bufet or special beers from the neighboring brewery Dva Kohouti.

The pop-up was created by three creative chefs from Ambiente. Daniel, František and Michal are dedicated to exploring culinary techniques and working with ingredients in depth as part of their ongoing focus on education and innovation. In their cooking, they draw on experiences and internships from around the world, bringing that knowledge back to the Czech scene to create new and distinctive flavors.
